Customer Panel and webshop
Our customer panel and webshop run on software hosted on our own servers.
Personal data is not shared with the software vendor by default.
Web Hosting Control Panel
For web hosting customers, we provide a separate control panel to manage hosting services.
This system is hosted and managed by us.
Email and newsletters
All email traffic, including newsletters, is sent via our own servers.
For newsletters, we track opens and clicks.
Webmail (Hosted Exchange)
For Hosted Exchange customers, we provide webmail via mail.connect-to-cloud.net.
Accounting
For tax and accounting obligations, we process limited data such as name,
company name, VAT number, and transaction details.

Tracking only takes place with your consent via the cookie banner.
